It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, washing machine, barbecue, iron, safe, internet access (wifi), air conditioning in all bedrooms, private pool, 1 television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English), DVD. The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

For groups consisting of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist Tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
