There are so many better options of places to stay in Menorca. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The design was cheap and designed only to look good in photos. Parking is far away and difficult to access. The hotel has no staff, and the overall experience was very cold. I wasn’t sent arrival information on Expedia, and I had to wait 20 minutes on the street. To operate a code hotel takes fine attention to details, and this property did not deliver.

There was no human contact during all our stay at this hotel, and although it might seem weird at first, it was awesome. All doors are locked and with codes, so we felt really safe, the room was super clean and modern, even if not very big, the bed was comfortable, good internet, big shower, everything you could want for a quiet getaway holiday.

Hotel Victori: not really a winner. This hotel exemplified the principle that solo travellers need to brace themselves for a raw deal. I'm average height; when I stood in the middle of my room I could have touched both walls if my finger nails had been a couple of millimetres longer. It was lit by a single light, tucked behind the curtain rail. There was a bedside light but it didn't work. That's the kind of thing you'd mention at reception - if there was one. There was a reception desk but I never saw anyone behind it, even during the hours it claims to be attended. The only staff were the cleaners (who were very nice and very good). Basically, the Victori is a kind of autonomous motel with a contemporary interior. In the absence of staff, it supplies you with a Whatsapp message containing the codes for entry to the building and your room. It's clean and modern. The pictures it displays are accurate, though they fail to show the cell-like single rooms (see mine). But it's a sterile place that fulfils in a very literal way the time-worn consolation on finding your hotel to be disappointing: it's "just somewhere to sleep".

Estimado Sr. Ignacio, La limpieza de la habitación la realizamos a diario, solo nos debe poner el cartel de arreglar la habitación. El cambio de toallas si usted no las deja en el suelo la cambiamos cada 3 días y el cambio de sábanas cada 3 días. No estamos obligados a realizar el cambio diario, es más intentamos concienciar a nuestro cliente del daño medioambiental que causa el uso diario de toallas nuevas. En la página donde ha reservado, aparece la información de los servicios de limpieza que dispone el hotel.

La experiencia ha sido positiva. El check in online facilita. Todo muy ágil. Bien situado si conoces la isla y tienes transporte propio. El pueblo es muy bonito. El único pero fue la limpieza. Si bien es cierto que la habitación es nueva y está limpia, en 4 noches no han repuesto el champo ni tampoco el gel de baño. El suelo no se limpió con seguridad uno de los días. Todo lo demás ha sido correcto.
