Fint opphold med vond bismak!
Hotellet hadde en rabattordning som forutsatte at en spiste tre måltider. Rabattkortet ble brukt og registrert 1 gang, men vi ble fakturert for tre middager. Dette skulle ikke vært mulig hvis de hadde fulgt sitt eget system. Da vi påpekte feilen, virket det som om vi hadde bevisbyrden (kortet ble hentet opp av papirkurven på rommet, så det ordnet seg), og vi fikk ingen unnskyldning. Stygt!

Felt very luxurious. Room was very comfortable - great mattress, fantastic shower, huge towels. Balcony with fabulous views. Staff were super friendly and wanted to ensure guests enjoyed their stay. Lots of great spaces to sit and relax around the hotel. Amazing breakfast - so may options hot and cold.

Great hotel, walking distance into Mahon (30 minutes) and 10-15 minutes from local bars and restaurants. Hotel lobby, restaurant and rooms all very clean and comfortable. Views amazing. Breakfast was good. Only downsides was the pool was very cold and guests who've stayed previously said it's all freezing, despite in being August, and some of the decking is unsafe and needs replacing. Also the poolside snack / lunch menu is rather expensive. Overall a good hotel.

Très bel établissement.
Très bel établissement. Les chambres supérieures sont très confortables avec une bonne literie et une belle vue sur la mer. Le buffet est très varié et de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est très agréable. Le seul petit bémol c'est la partie welness (SPA) qui est très petite : un haman, un sauna et deux fauteuils chauffants. Nous avons testé les massages qui sont très bien. La piscine extérieure n'est pas chauffée donc un peu fraiche à l'inter saison.

Fantastic
All went very well. Staff was very friendly and accomodating, breakfast was wonderful. The only downside was the pool that was not really in the sun anymore past 4 pm, but not much that can be done about it. Room was nice and tidy. Overall I would go back.

Le personnel au resto bar est très accueillant et souriant. Le petit déjeuner offre beaucoup d'options (omelettes, viandes, fruits, fromages et charcuteries ainsi que le mimosa!) Il y a toujours des chaises de disponibles et la vue est magnifique. Hotel très calme et magnifique. La chambre est petite, il y a un frigo et le lit est confortable. Bus a 10 minutes de marche, mais l'idéal est de louer un scooter ou un vélo. On a adoré notre séjour!!

Vue exceptionnelle dans un village charmant
Hôtel particulièrement bien situé avec une vue à couper le souffle! Propre, personnel souriant, belle conscience écologique, buffet du petit déjeuner très complet et bon, de plus un hôtel a taille humaine. A deux pas d'une anse de rêve, avec petits restaurants. Seul bémol, un peu simple pour un 4*avec une chambre assez petite, mais le cadre fait tout oublier!

My partner and I booked this hotel 2 days before (last minute breakaway) and would stay here again! First time for us on the island of Menorca and cannot wait to go back. If you are looking for local culture like we wanted, this is the place to be! Beautiful scenery, quiet, food is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of little walks around Es Castell with lovely restaurants and bars and 30 min walk to Mahon harbour. Beautiful! We will be back!

Great hotel which we will use again in Es Castell
Lovely hotel with very welcoming and attentive staff. Room was clean and fresh with an amazing waterfall showerhead. Bed was just right for us including pillows. Great choice for breakfast including fresh omlettes. 5 or so minuite walk to the harbour in Es Castell where alot of the restaurants etc are and 5 or less minutes to the bus stop. We walked into Mahon on our last day and it took around half an hour and that was at a slow pace. Personally wouldn't want to walk back from Mahon as it's a bit uphill for me personally but walking there was fine.

Mention speciale pour les buffets du petit déjeuner et dîner avec vraiment de très bons produits, bien présentés et préparés. Dommage que le premier soir on arrive devant le restaurant pour nous dire qu il est complet, même en tant que clients alors qu on aurait pu nous avertir avant et on se serait organisés plus tôt.

Localização fantástica, excelente hotel. Unica coisa apontar estacionamento! Não se admite um hotel deste valor não ter estacionamento para a maioria dos clientes! Parque do hotel tem 12 lugares o parque recomendado pelos hotel é um largo em terra no qual se por azar chover, vão sujar os pés! Fica a cerca de 350m do hotel!

Der von Ihnen erwähnte Gratisparkplatz gab es nicht. In der Hotelanlage gibt es wenige limitierte PP für EUR 10 pro Rag, due man aber im voraus reservieren muss. Ansonsten gibt es überall in der Nähe öffentliche PP.

Bei ARTIEM Carlos gibt es nur 10 Parkplätze (+ zwei für Elektrofahrzeuge), die gebührenpflichtig sind, wie im Abschnitt "Ihre Fragen" auf unserer Website beschrieben. In der Hochsaison ist es ratsam, sie zu reservieren, da in der Umgebung eine hohe Autodichte herrscht (alle öffentlichen und kostenlosen Parkplätze).
