«The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own.»

«We are visiting San Jose from Los Angeles and this house was very charming, cozy, and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures posted. The host was great and the back yard was cute and pet friendly. »

«i really appreciate the hosts! my friend and i had an issue with the toilet continuously flushing, but they were very attentive to have someone come fix it. i love the location, with japantown and the lightrail so closeby. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future!»

«Stayed at this property for 10 days…needed a place with ample space to accommodate members of a bridal party, and work space to finish decorations and other wedding related projects. This house fit our needs perfectly. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable, location was ideal. Driveway had plenty of room for multiple rental cars (no need to search for street parking). Communication with property manager was prompt and clear. I highly recommend this property!»

«Check in communication was not smooth at all and cars from the hood parked in the only driveway spot. Finally got a hold of a management rep that sounded of someone in an island with roosters crowing? They were not helpful with answering the need to get our driveway cleared and suggested to park in the attached garage but it was strewn with items and couldn’t park any small car. So no one knew how to get the cars to disperse. The property “owner” was definitely not on site but in another state ...
