«This rental was a perfect location for a family wanting to visit all of the museums and zoo. My kids attended camp at the Houston Zoo for the week. I worked from the apartment during the day and then we explored the area in the afternoon. The apartment was very spacious and had what we needed for the week. The pool was great with an outdoor grilling area.»

«The location was perfect for our trip to Houston; we spent a lot of time in the museum district. I appreciated the gated parking. The hosts thoughtfully provided ear plugs. The condo is on a well-travelled street, so there was some street noise. It didn’t bother my wife and kids. I’m a light sleeper and they definitely helped me.»

«Very nice patio and common lounge areas by pool. Pool is not heated, but was still open. Houston had some storms before we arrived and it took the grounds crew 3 days to get things cleaned up and pool was unusable. Apartment was very nice. Newly updated and everything was in working order. Main bedroom has a king bed and a flip-out single bed. Single bed was very uncomfortable and not what most people would think of as an actual bed. It was on par with my kid's college dorm fouton.»

«Location was really good. Checkin was easy and all necessary information was provided. There is on 1 TV in the apartment and it was in the living room which was OK but their was no couch just a daybed to sit on and it was quite uncomfortable. Also there was only a total of three towels. They were thin and scratchy. »

«The apartment was comfortable and had everything that we needed. Our host was very welcoming and offered a lot of information. And the location was great! We ate at Barnaby's, which is just a half a block away, twice in one day and we were able to walk to the Fine Arts Museum and the Science Museum that same day. Great location! »

«The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. "Based on earlier experience I was disappointed!!! - confusing information in reception at check in - VIP Hotel.com level not accepted or offered ? (Listed in my H.com setup) but some 10$ rebate at restaurants was mentioned one day but next «NO» by another person when asked - cleaning of my room not done, still if there was a misunderstanding or not it took 2 days when I complained before it was handled - Huge TV trash boxes in the hallway towards my room - it was there for 3 days, and then I complained due to What I see as fire risk plus negative environmental. Not what I expect for such a hotel star level and chain - So my conclusion, reception team not aligned or coordinated with the rest of the hotel - The positive part was Coffe shop and their employees "
