«Cute property with many activities for everyone. We enjoyed the night hike and the chocolate tour. Cesar is amazing!
The Villa Jade room was gigantic! The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious, We saw a sloth right outside of our room. It was the only sloth we saw during our whole trip.»

«Really great one-night stay. The guest rooms seem to be brand new and the bed was very comfortable. The property is very serene and quiet….We had our most restful night of our whole trip here! Seeing the horses that live on the property in the morning really added to the whole vibe.
The manager (owner?) Diana was wonderful and accommodation, and the groundskeeper was so helpful and friendly; he really went out of his way to help us. He even found us a last minute ride to the airport when our ...

«This was an amazing experience and the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. Giselle and the team at esquipulas took wonderful care of us. We got some amazing birding pictures, saw the feeding of the king vulture and loved every moment of our tipi experience. And the food was amazing! We can’t wait to go back»

«Communication from the owner was excellent. The staff was amazing and patient with our lack of Spanish. The food was delicious and made dining stress free for my wife and me. The grounds and pool were also quite nice. If “bang for your buck” is a priority, I recommend La Maracuya. It’s a little remote, but we wanted some quiet time, and the location didn’t prevent us from exploring. We visited the pacific beaches and El Valle de Anton via rental car. Thanks for caring for us during our stay!»
