Villa Radici is a welcoming one-story villa situated a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps 16 people. From Villa Radici you will have a lovely view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Radici is 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Taviano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 600 meters (660 yards), the bus stop at 850 meters (2790 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Mancaversa beach) at 8 km (roughly 5 miles). You will reach Villa Radici from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately four stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Radici we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Villa Radici is made up of 3 separate buildings. In the main building there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in the second building two further bedrooms with private bathrooms. There is aalso an annex consisting of two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with separate access from the garden.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the greenery and of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Patio 1
The first patio is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch and by awnings. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with tables, chairs, a gazebo, a swing and an hammock. In the patio you will find a television (local channels), as well as a stonework barbecue. From the patio you will have a charming view of the swimming pool and of the greenery.
Patio 2
The second patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs and with a table and chairs.
Garden
The garden is 450 square meters (4850 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall palms. It is equipped with an hammock. From the garden you will have a nice view of the swimming pool.
Main BuildingLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a L-shaped sofa. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first patio. The room also has a small window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway in front of the house through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway in front of the house through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
Laundry room
