«Our stay was wonderful, clean, and comfy. We were mostly there as a place to sleep, but it was a great little place and awesome to be so close to HEB. Plus, it was fun telling all the family we were visiting that we were spending the night at a gas station.»

«We loved the house. It is a great layout! There was cornhole to play outside and the pool table inside, we never turned on a TV! We did not spend much time there during the day, played in the Guadalupe river most of the time. We ate at High's store which was delicious and Fajita Street which was great too. I did not antique shop but others in my party did and loved it. We will be back next time the family descends on Comfort!»

«Our stay at Day’s Away was wonderful. To start with, Becky could not have been a more responsive, helpful or friendly host. The house is perfectly clean. The beds are all comfortable and so importantly in Texas - the air conditioning works great! The outdoor area is perfect. We loved using the canoe and kayaks to enjoy the beautiful river even more. The large flagstone patio with the fire pit was such a great place to gather in the evenings with a large well maintained yard for kids to play in - ...

«The property was very nice, serene, and close to town. The infinity pool was an added bonus however, the hot tub was not functioning and wasn’t available to use. It was perfectly located for winery tours which is what our group did. Loved the property and would definitely rent again. My only recommendation would be to update the patio umbrella as one of the stand legs was broken and have a bin for the recreational pool floats.»

«Cute 2 bed / 1 bath home with a great backyard, including covered patio with big table and chairs, hot tub, crushed granite area with fire pit and large yard area. We enjoyed sunsets and watched the 2024 solar eclipse from the backyard. Easy drive to shops and restaurants. There were 2 cruiser bikes on the back porch that were perfect for a quick ride to the local brewery!»

«We searched for a house close to the centerline of totality for our family of 8, and this house fit the bill. The inside of the house was nice and clean, but we had to spend some time cleaning the outdoor space and furniture. We notified Jennifer of a couple other minor issues which she addressed promptly. And she graciously treated us to a pizza dinner as compensation. Thanks Jennifer! We would stay here again and do recommend it to others.»
