Ive been here before and didn't have an issue with noise apart from selfish guests talking loud in the hallways late at night. This stay brought a whole new level of noise from the stadium that I've never experienced anywhere before. One night there was an event and the lights shined into the room late into the morning but little noise other than cheering and it ended late in the evening. Another night just lights on all night shinning directly at the building. The next night a concert or a practice until 145 am. Of course by this time I'm not able to sleep and essential could have just stayed out all night instead of trying to sleep. It's really disappointing the city doesn't have a noise bylaw for a reasonable termination. 145 am is atrocious. It was like being at the concert, I could feel vibrations in the room. They say no one has ever complained but i bet i wasn't the first not to sleep well because of the noise and light.
The windows also dont close properly and they whistle with the wind. I noticed the design is also opened to the environment permanently. The bathroom is only a screen to the outside so if the nights are cold you'll be cold.
This is otherwise a nice building which is why i returned. It's an industrial design where everything is exposed concret and exposed pipes. You can hear water from the apartments above draining.
