«Awfully rude front desk service by the woman named Elena. Even asking a basic question about the stay was met with an unfriendly and disrespectful response. Possibly the worst front desk ever experienced in 15 years of travel. The place is a little shabby but rooms are decent. Breakfast as average as it gets.»

«This is a quick turnaround facility. Most people are either going or coming from the airport and staying one night. It was clear the housekeeping staff was expected to turn rooms around quickly - and we’re not given sufficient time for a thorough cleaning The room was comfortable but the standard of cleaning left a lot to be desired. Discovered a dirty diaper in the recycling bin from the previous occupant. Mold in the shower. And dust in the corners of the floors. Breakfast was basic. »

«Shared livingroom was clean & tidy No ridiculous noise levels (yes I heard talking and music but wasn’t over powering) Room was clean and shower. Perfect little getaway ! I can’t wait to come back in the summer and utilize the deck with its perfect view of the lake across the street. Easy to check in !»

«The walls are paper thin you could hear doors slamming all night kids running around and at 1:30 am when I tried to call guest services about the noise it took 5 tries to get someone. Room was not ready for check in. The carpets in the halls were littered with garbage and the bathroom had quite a bit of buildup all around the sink and the floor was not even swept.»

«Great and practical and cheap. Not anything fancy, but perfect for a quick one night stay on the road. Close to Halifax and for reaching Peggy's Cove, Mahone Bay etc in the morning (avoiding the tourist hoards of the afternoon)»

«We stayed the night for a March staycation so it served its purpose. Our room was not ready at check-in and I had to state multiple times I had a pet even though I booked a pet room and called the day before. They said the room was late due to it being inspected for cleaning but when we got to the room we discovered someone’s pjs and wrappers on the floor and in the drawers. Our fridge was leaking and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. We did not bring these issues up as we only stayed ...

«Clean room and property, breakfast is good, our room with 2 queen beds had lots or extra room. Staff is friendly and helpful. The connected hotel can make parking difficult when they are busy as parking is limited. However parking is available behind the hotel next to the fast food places. I stayed many times at this hotel and has always enjoyed the stay. »
