«This is a quick turnaround facility. Most people are either going or coming from the airport and staying one night. It was clear the housekeeping staff was expected to turn rooms around quickly - and we’re not given sufficient time for a thorough cleaning The room was comfortable but the standard of cleaning left a lot to be desired. Discovered a dirty diaper in the recycling bin from the previous occupant. Mold in the shower. And dust in the corners of the floors. Breakfast was basic. »

«Very clean space. Friendly staff. Free wifi. But there was a hockey tournament, so there were alot of loud boys running around and causing alot of noise. But kids will be kids. Staff were understand and tried to accomodate us - we had two young kids and we were below a room that sounded as if the kids were jumping off a bed over and over lol»

«The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, we asked at the desk if they could give us different pillows and the girl working acted like we were asking her for something out of the ordinary. She called our room later to tell us that there were no other pillows in the hotel she could give us. The bed was also very uncomfortable. »

When asked for my property back, the host laughed at me and told me they’re likely thrown away because they’re not responsible for things left in their building. That being said- »
