«Tough timing to arrive right after the bad storm. This area was hit hard and we can imagine the work it took to get all back together. Staff shortage affected housekeeping but the front desk was helpful and cheerful in providing fresh towels and other needed items. No internet service but we were compensated fairly. Good A/C in our room and comfortable bed. We appreciated the complimentary use of beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Easy to drive out of the rain on Maui!! Would enjoy ...

«The windows in the suit do not have screens, and I talked to the hotel. They spent about 90 minutes in and out of the room and told me they cannot find the right size of screen for the windows. Also the carpet is very old and dirty and has a moldy and rotten smell, hurt my throat, and difficult to breath. Also all the window sills are very dirty. It is not in a livable condition. «We returned after honeymooning 20 years ago. We stayed in Wailea before. This time we enjoyed the close proximity of the whaler village and their restaurants along with the ability to cook with the fully stocked kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful Wonderful place and will try to stay here again. Hopefully not another 20 years before we are back to beautiful Maui 😊»
