The room was very spotless.The items I was missing was returned very quickly and everything.And I appreciate that housekeeping was very outstanding.The staff at the front desk was very friendly and very courteous to.Myself and to all customers and was very helpful.

Bellissimo Hotel, Trademark by Wyndham Near Foxwoods Casino
The safe in the room did not work. There was no 24 hour coffee or cappuccino, as promised. Was told there would be no extra charge for early check in, but there was .

Sjarmerende historiske hus i sentrum av Mystic
Appliances were dirty..they needed to be wiped down..The sidewalks could have been shoveled & cleared better. Overall our stay was comfortable. The cottage is cozy, plenty of heat since it was pretty cold. Close to everything.
