«This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need.»

«Communication was always quick and received well. The house was as described. It was immaculately clean inside, the decor was warm and welcoming. The couches were comfortable as were all the beds! The living space was great, enough room for a family to be together comfortably and enjoy each other’s company. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet and well maintained. The host has a pantry stocked with small items you may have forgotten that are for sale. It is a very nice touch. We stayed here to ...

«This tiny home was so cute! Our two kids slept on the air mattress downstairs, and my husband and I had plenty of space in the loft. The bed was comfortable. The stairs to the loft are very steep, so would not be a good choice if you have limited mobility on stairs. The small kitchen had everything we needed. «A wonderful space within walking distance to downtown. It was great to have such a nice spot to stay near everything in the area. Clean and comfortable and easy to find. Reasonably priced and had all the basic amenities you'll need. Excited to get back sometime soon. Thanks again!»

«Clean room. Nearby to what we needed to see family. Don’t use the kitchen appliances. Has washer and dryer.»

«Rooms were clean and the host was available. Beautiful home!»

«Close to historic sites, beautiful, peaceful setting. Great gathering place for us and our family. Convenient updated kitchen and baths. Spacious outdoor dining on the decks, surrounded by trees. We would definitely visit again»

«What can I say? This is our go to for our frequent visits. I almost want to keep it secret, but that would be impossible, because it is in great location, super nice interior decoration and comfortable and clean. Please keep it going!! We will be back and back and back!»

«Clean and quiet but small»

«This place is very nice, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy as well as check out. The owner was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The place is centrally located for a lot of different activities. Would gladly stay here again!»

«This is a lovely, spacious place within walking distance of the main town. It was clean and well-equipped. The host was very accommodating and friendly. »

«This home was dirty. We book 2 people for 4 nights. The inside of the microwave was disgusting, the refrigerator had a stinky smell, and the floor was sticky, I wanted to clean out the microwave so I could use it, but there was only one half sheet of paper towel left on the roll and no others to be found. I couldn't find a mug for my tea, till I looked inside the dishwasher but honestly I couldn't tell if the dishes were clean or dirty. Yes we could have gone to the store and bought our own ...
