«Great position, plenty of space, ideal for all our needs. However, lots of maintenance is required, lot of spiders on the ceiling of kitchen, downstairs bathroom covered in mould, taps in shower and vanity leaking, mould in upstairs bathroom ceiling, front door screen needs replacing- sharp edges dangerous for toddlers and skin tears. All sliding doors require maintenance and tracks cleaned. »

«Could not have been in a better location, and i think is the real winning point of the property. The water right at your door step! The house while older provides all the necessary attributes to make a accommodating holiday. Alot of open space for the kids to run around and enjoy their time away from the usual distractions. Facing the water there was always a fresh cool breeze blowing through the house. Was a wonderful stay and will definitely consider stafford hall on our next visit. »

«This house (happy days) is not cleaned properly at all, when we arrived the lawns were long and no maintenance crew attended for the whole 2 weeks of our stay making us not comfortable to let our toddler play outside, there was cockroach droppings all through the house and kitchen all through the utensils and plates and cups and cook ware, all through the dressers in each “room” and live cockroaches throughout the property, broken tv remote, broken stove top and a broken vacuum.
