«We stayed at Green Smithy Cottage for two weeks and had a wonderful holiday. The cottage is very well laid out and clean. The kitchen is properly equipped. It includes a bright room with a dining table. You sit there very well. The living room is large with good seating. The two bathrooms are modern and work well. The bedrooms and beds are very o.k. There is also enough storage space. Malcolm is a very friendly and helpful host who also takes great care of his guests when needed. We got the ...

«Good accommodation, comfortable beds, and lovely surroundings and really suitable if you have a dog. We had a very restful two weeks which was what we were looking for but plenty to do and explore in the surrounding areas. We had some lovely days out. Highly recommend and would book again.»

«House not cleaned properly, plug socket in middle bedroom hanging off wall, tv aerial cables hanging out wall in kitchen at fridge,leaking radiator in kitchen - reported to owner/management company on day 1 of holiday - no response. Had to put newspapers down to dry floor up, wall crumbling in corner of kitchen, paint flaking off numerous walls & in poor state of decoration. Have stayed in many holiday cottages which were all of much better standard - I would not recommend this cottage.»
