Studio with a balcony in the heart of the Old Town (& a 3-minute walk from the Old Harbor)

Located in the heart of the old town, at 10 min walk from the train station, 3 min from the old and close to most local transports (M1, M2, Tram & buses to the beaches), this little studio still remains calm and quite. You will enjoy its sunny terrasse with a little view on Notre Dame de la Garde and its cosyness.<br><br>It is a perfect base to discover the city by foot, easily access the beaches and the calanques (by bus or train), discover the local mediterranean food markets (Noailles and the fish market on the old port), enjoy the night live in la Plaine or the streets around the Opera, wander around the old port, or visit the whole Provence region. <br><br>The studio is on the last floor (with elevator) of an old Marseille building, under the eaves. <br><br>There is no air conditioning, so it can be a little bit hot in summer.
