Agence Cocoonr offers you La Piazzetta, a beautiful 60 m2 flat with terrace, located in a quiet street close to Place Castellane and the Plaine and Cours Julien districts. Completely refurbished in 2023, it offers 2 bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room and a large sunny terrace.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

Composition of the flat:
The flat is located on the ground floor of a classic Marseillais building, the famous Marseillais 3 windows. You'll love its calm and light. As you enter the flat, you will find the shower room on your right. You will then enter the lounge and dining area. On the right is the separate, fully-equipped kitchen and the large terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room or kitchen.
Enter on the left and you'll find the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms with double beds.

The flat is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Air conditioning / Wifi / Washing machine / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Complimentary welcome coffee capsules...

The Cocoonr service :

You'll be given a personal welcome by someone from the Cocoonr Marseille agency, who will show you around the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand you the keys.

Hotel-quality (4/5 stars) sheets and towels are provided, and your bed will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. Wifi fibre internet access.

By staying at La Piazzetta you are choosing a central location between the Place Castellane, its bars and restaurants, its market, the shops of the Rue de Rome, and the Cours Julien and Plaine d'Arcachon districts.

- Saint Charles station is 20 minutes away by Metro Line 1, with no need to change trains.
- The airport is accessible by shuttle bus to Saint Charles station, but we advise you to use taxis or Uber-type drivers.
