Please note:

• Please leave the apartment clean and tidy

• 1 small pet allowed (4–5 kg max)

• Gas barbecue available on request (cleaning required)

• Remember to bring your own pool towels

• For your comfort and to keep the hot tub working properly, please limit each session to a maximum of 30 minutes. After this, the safety system may automatically shut it off to prevent overheating.

• The hot tub is closed on the morning of departure for maintenance.

• Please dispose of your trash in the recycling bins at the bottom of the street near the local school before you leave.

• Out of respect for the property and future guests, please do not leave garbage bags on the terrace or in front of the apartment.
