The accommodation has a loggia which will be very appreciated in summer! The flat is very pleasant, it has a south-facing crossing for the main rooms.
Located in a family area, it is very quiet and looks out onto an inner courtyard. You will have all the necessary equipment at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible: coffee machine, oven, microwave, television, iron, hair dryer, washing machine.
Just a few streets away from Longchamp Park and 3 metro stops from the Vieux Port, the accommodation will allow you to discover the city very easily. La Canebière is within walking distance.
The University Hospitals of La Timone and La Conception are accessible on foot or by public transport. You will be next to public transport (Bus / Metro / Velib / Taxi / Tram), so you will be able to visit the city and its surroundings!

## Emplacement
The 4th district of Marseille is in the Eastern part of the center, between the center and the border of the city. This cultural place is especially known for its amazing Longchamp Park, and the Natural History Museum. It is a peaceful and quiet district, with an older and more familial population than in the center of Marseille, gathering many green places to visit with your family. The 4th is also an artistic area, with different theaters. Thanks to the easy access with the public transportation, it is great to wander in the four neighbourhoods of this district.

The flat is very well served by various means of transport:
10 minutes drive from the TGV station and 30 minutes from the airport.
