"Kort gangavstand fra Terminal 2 og 3 - under tak hele vegen, som er bra når det regner. Stort rom med veldig god seng. Fint at temperaturen på rommet kan stilles langt ned om natten, siden vinduene naturlig nok ikke lar seg åpne. Enkel, men god frokost. Veldig hyggelig og morsom mannlig ansatt i frokostrommet som hjalp til med vaffelsteking! "

"Super practical location, right off terminal 4 underground stop. Clean room. Shower had some issues with water pressure and temperature. Breakfast wasn’t amazing, could have more healthy breakfast options. Would definitely stay here again when arriving with late flights."

"We discovered some dirty spots on our sheets and pillowcases, I went down to ask for new and the receptionist told me she would be right up. After waiting for 30 minutes I walked down again. She didn’t even recognize me nor remember that I needed new sheet and pillowcases. Tried to convince her that we needed new now, but she was less than interested. Another receptionist had to intervene to make her acknowledge our needs. She eventually came up with a sheet but no pillowcases. She told me that pillows didn’t have cases, after a short one minute argument, I took another pillow (we had a family room), ripped the case off and showed her. She still tried to convince me that they didn’t have cases. Eventually she told me that she would look, she came back after a couple of minutes with two new cases. She said nothing, no hello, no sorry, no nothing. "

"Innsjekk og utsjekk var knirkefritt. Hotellet har en spesiell lukt. Det lukter ikke bra. Bestilte to rom. På det ene rommet var det hår på sengen. Rom nummer to ble det oppdaget dø kakerlakk. Teppet i rommene er skitne, rommene er ikke lydisolert. Det ene rommet var ikke mulig å låse. Gulvet på badet hadde flekker. Laken og pledd var ikke 100% rene. Betalte ekstra for frokost og den var forferdelig. Ikke mange valg å velge mellom. Dette er ikke 4-stjerner hotell! Unngå denne for å få en god opplevelse. "
