«We stayed 3 nights. The home is beautifully set among tall trees. It was very clean. Everything was organized and accessible. All appliances worked well. The fireplace was warm and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.»

«Google Maps worked well for us. The place was very clean. Check-in was pretty easy. Wonderful neighborhood. There is a small grocery store nearby that saved us a trip outside the park. The only issue was that AC would not work, it got hot inside the property in the evening and at night. We just opened some windows and handled the heat.»

«It was a nice home. There were 7 adults and we each had a bed. Anything over we believe someone would be sleeping on the couch. The view was lovely out the back door. Lots of curvy roads to get to the location.»

«Beautifully designed and decorated house. Everything was thoughtfully done. About 45 minute drive along Merced River to the Yosemite Gate. Host was vey attentive and helpful.»

«We had a wonderful stay at the lilac house near Yosemite. Charles are host was very gracious. Showed us everything about the house. It was brand new, wonderfully decorated and very roomy. It’s a perfect vacation home for a family or just a couple. It was well furnished and the kitchen had all the supplies you could use to prepare any meals The location is about 40 minutes from Yosemite national Park. It’s a bit of a drive but staying at Lilac house was well worth it.»

«Gary and Kimberly’s place is fantastic! Beautiful setting, great location in Oakhurst, close to Yosemite and Bass Lake. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a beautiful and well furnished place to stay. The facilities were great, and it was like a home away from home, and in some ways even better. We were all impressed at the thoughtfulness that went into making it such a pleasant place for guests. Nothing but kudos for this cozy family home. Highly recommended!»

«We had an issue with finding lots of giant winged ants crawling on the carpet and a couple black beetles as well. Especially when we turned heater on they would appear out of nowhere near the vents making me think they came from the vents. Needs an exterminator visit to spray around the house. It didn’t ruin our stay though! We just killed them when we would see them with paper towels and we only saw them in the day not at night which isn’t a huge issue since we were mostly out on hikes. Also ...

«The property is very convenient for a visit to Yosemite and is located inside the park. The location is good with parking for 2 cars and plenty of room for up to 8 people. There is good cooking equipment and lots of room to sit. There is no internet, TV or cell service at the cabin. The carpets are quite stained and generally things are a bit shabby, but generally clean and spacious.»

«We decided on a last minute family trip to Yosemite and this location fit the bill - perfect to accommodate the extended family and with high speed internet for those of us who could not manage days off of work. The house is gorgeous and well taken care of. The views from the interior and exterior are stunning. The host is very responsive and helpful. This is not a property to pass up if you have a chance to stay here. I am certain we will book again!»

«We highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay in Yosemite. The property is clean and safe surrounding. Nice view. The only thing we didn’t like is when our cars was been pulled and park in the different spot. I believed they have a hiking trail that they want to clear the drive way but there’s an enough place to park and pass even if our cars are park in front of our rental cabin. This is the only thing that I didn’t like that. It’s so inconvenient to walk and get ...

It was very comfortable, warm, and quiet after a long day of hiking in the rain and cold. It's about an hour drive from the entrance to Yosemite National Park. Clean, straightforward check in and check out, and the hosts were communicative, although we didn't require any assistance during our stay.»
