«Customer facing staff (servers, concierge) were outstanding. Kudos to Leonardo, Ulyses, Omar, Alex and Alfredo.
Back office staff (room staff, admin) not quite so good. We only got nightly turn down service about 50% of the time and our welcome letter was addressed to someone else.
Emilianos restaurant was disappointing. The main room was closed and we were shunted into a spare room, square with white walls, little decoration and no entertainment - the atmosphere was terrible. We dined on ...

«In general a successful stay. We found the front desk staff somewhat condescending during most interactions during our stay. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. There are radical differences between suites throughout the various buildings. Ours was very tired, showing its 30+ years with very few updates. No fridge, cracked bathroom counters and inconsistent water controls. On the plus side the AC worked very well. Restaurant and cafe service and food were always ...

«The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay.
The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. »
