«The cottage is so lovely. Everything you would need is there available for your use. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the furnishings were beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful and had plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The cottage was cozy and we kept nice and warm on the cold evenings. There is a washer and dryer, however we never used it. Downtown Napa is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely stay here again!»

There was gentle mood music playing that immediately soothed our stressed nerves, and a special treat left for us from the hosts. «There were six of us on the property, and we were so welcomed with a lot of amenities. We’ve felt totally at home from the moment we walked in the door. There were deer to watch, beautiful mountains, gorgeous landscape. It is isolated and restful we enjoyed every minute of our stay ! «Beautiful cottage furnished with love by Tom and Judy. The room had everything we needed and more. It was well equipped to cozy up and enjoy a quick meal before bedtime or breakfast before we headed out to explore Napa. The beds were super comfortable and Tom even answered my request at 730 am for more towels. He generously shared persimons as well. If you're looking for a quaint place close to wineries but also very economical this is the place!»

And while the location is perfectly situated to walking into downtown Larkspur - it is soo comfortable and inviting - you won't want to leave the comfort of the accommodations or the beauty of the grounds!»

«This is the tiniest space. It’s a bed in a box. You want to turn around? You’d better do it outside. Extremely overpriced for a space smaller than ANY hotel room I’ve ever experienced. The circa 1982 fixtures just set the whole thing off. There is a fridge. No mini microwave. So bring back a leftover, but you’re eating it cold. We regularly go to Napa. We will never stay here again.»

«Vi ble overrasket over at ingen hentet søppel og skittende håndklær. Begge vaskene (kjøkken og bad) var nesten ubrukelig. Vi fant heller ingen muligjet til å ha det kaldt på soverom, og samtidig varmt i stuen og på badet. Ellers var hytten koselig, og godt utstyrt, men til den prisen burde vi få bedre renhold og også kaffe til mer enn en dag.»

«Super easy to check in. Lots of space for a group. Extremely clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath items. Great gas stove if you like to cook. Only negative is street noise with front bedrooms. And, not to seem picky but it really needs a professional sprayer for the kitchen sink.»
