We welcome you to stay at our comfortable gated waterfront condominium. We are located on the 3rd floor in F Building. Our condominium features a one bedroom/one bath. Whip up a delicious meal in our well-equipped kitchen with all your culinary needs. There is a spacious kitchen table with seating for 4. Our Coffee machine is stocked with Kcups, Sweeteners and stirrers. Freshen up at your own pace in the morning and before dinner. Hair dryer and hot iron are provided. Relax in our Newly renovated lanai which offers breathtaking water views. Perfect for enjoying the sunrise for a morning coffee or tea or a cocktail or dining! Maybe catch some dolphins at play and watch the boats go by!!! As part of an awesome community, you have access to two heated pools and two hot tubs. Our unit includes a washer, dryer and complimentary detergent, On the first weekday of your stay, it adds a touch of home to your vacation. I only ask that you wash our beach towels at the laundry machines and dryer down the hall for a fee. We offer two smart Tv’s to ensure everyone will be able to watch what they like. Premium bed linen, towels, extra pillows, blankets and linen for the Queen size sofa bed are provided. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen is available.
Stunning waterfront pools with abundance of lounge chairs. Tables and chairs under the Cabana with shade is your preference.
For your beach enjoyment, we provide an umbrella, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, beach bag and an insulated cooler. You will have access to amenities such as our Pickle Ball Courts. Get a few swings at our pickle ball court. Bring your own paddles and balls. There is always someone to play with. There is also a Bike rental shop and Boat Marina steps away.
Our condominium is just steps away from the famous Snooks Inn, the boardroom Tavern, Smith house, Bakery, Marco Cafe, and Zaza’s, Lots of great live music every night. No car needed. Our marina has snacks and fishing supplies, beer and wine. It is a short walk along the docks!! ** Fishing License is required!!
Boat slips are available between May 1st through November 30th. On first come basis. Must be reserved through office.
Other details to Note:
There is a strict no animal policy!! There is a no smoking policy in the condo, Lanai or the front breezeway, No parties or large gatherings are not allowed at any time. We ask that you respect your neighbors.
After booking you are required to sign & return a Rental Agreement.
