The space
22 is a townhouse where the living areas are open and spread out across different levels. The entry-level has the kitchen and dining area that is open to the living room that is a few steps down and leads onto the main terrace and stunning views overlooking the Cabopino golf course and down to the Mediterranean Sea. The floor above the kitchen/dining leads up to the Master bedroom with its fabulous en suite and free-standing bath that overlooks the rooftop terrace and your fabulous private pool that enjoys the best views of the golf course and Coast. The living room level leads down a mid-level where you have the laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer and a guest toilet. Down another level to two bedrooms each with their en suite with walk-in showers. The safari bedroom offers two single beds that can be separated or pushed together. The Hamptons bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the lower bunk that comfortably sleeps two adults and a single bed on the upper bunk. Both bedrooms lead out to a large terrace and private garden that overlooks the golf course.
