«This is a great property if you are spending more than 3 days in Madrid. Yes it is a few km out and you have to get a train (costs just over £1) but it’s easy and trains every 10 mins. For us the outdoor area is what we were looking for and you don’t get that in the centre. This was handy at the height of summer and we could sit out in the morning, go out about 12 and spend until 10 exploring, then come back and sit out and have a drink. «Bastante bien, tiene un supermercado a una cuadra, lo cual resuelve muy bien, muy amable el staff!»

«We loved this stay- we ended up changing to this location when our other hotel did not work out. The process was easy and even had convenient luggage storage before we could check in. The amenities were great as was the location. We would stay here again if ever in the area.»

«Nice hotell, nice terrase. Good AC, clean, friendly personell. Nice neihboorhood. Close to the Metro, convinient location. Several good resturantes in the neiborhood. Felt safe - a lot of vaiting during check inn, sees ath system runs slowly. HARD beds»

On this adress there was no clear way to get in, luckily after a while we met a cleaning lady who let us in and we found a tiny key safe with a key inside. Then we walked 500 metres back, got in through the first door only ...

«Highly recommended. Great hosts. We loved it»

«Rimelig og i rolig omgivelser»

«Es un hotel low cost, pero con precio alto. Para ser objetivo no hay nada malo con el lugar, limpio, cómodo, pero hotel low cost, no hay nadie en recepción, no hay apoyo del staff, ya que no staff on site. Para personas adultas este sistema puede ser un poco desafiante.»

«The room was fantastic, and it was good location with a few minutes to the Metro station. The air conditioning didn`t work properly.»

«This was an interesting stay. These are basically hotel rooms with a kitchenette, but it’s not exactly an aparthotel. The check-in process was easy and communication with the hosts was great. The building itself is in a bit of a run-down area of Madrid; I wouldn’t say it was dangerous, though. Parking in this area is a nightmare - if you bring a car, get ready to search for parking for a long while. The unit itself was fine - clean and in generally good condition. The unit we were given was ...
