«This place is genuinely everything you want in an Inn on a vacation in Maine. We loved all of it. The breakfasts was amazing, the grounds were beautiful. Before we left, we took a short hike on one of the property trails. The room was very comfortable. «I was a day early with checking in so she made arrangements for me to go to a hotel, which was great. The place was cute and two bedrooms was great. I was allowed to take my dogs which was very important to me as one has to take meds 4 times a day and is 15 yrs old. We had a problem finding the right cabin as there is no address on the house. «Enjoyed our time in the oaktagon on the island. Staff is extremely friendly and responsive to any needs. Island is quiet and everyone we met was friendly. When I needed some pots and pans, they delivered them right off. The owner keeps in touch and there is a help button to use if you need something that is not there. My only comment would be to have someone pay a bit more attention to the bbq grill and cob webs inside the camp.»
