«This lovely suite was clean, comfortable and convenient and we’re so happy to have discovered it. We’ll be back. Shelton was immediately responsive and helpful throughout the process of our reservation and stay. The suite is on a quiet, peaceful street within walking distance of restaurants, deli’s, and coffee shops.»

«We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting ...

«This was such a wonderful place to call home for our first night away. From the moment we arrived, it felt peaceful, private, safe and welcoming. We were four women traveling alone and the privacy was top notch. The bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and everything felt clean and cared for. The communication was wonderful from start to finish and made the whole experience easy. This was also the first place I saw fireflies and it was magical. Between the fireflies, bunnies and ...

«This guy is a scammer, an hour before my checkin they finally sent me the "location" and claimed they needed more time to clean the property. Then at 5 pm and hour after they claimed their was a gas leak and I couldn't stay there. Only thing is the address they sent me wasn't real and I am convinced this listing is fake in and used to trick people into staying at their actual property in yonkers. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!»

«The property was not as advertised in listing. There was only one bathroom instead of two. No washing machine and dryer, this is an housing apartment located on the 3rd floor having to walk up two flights of step with approximately 12/15 steps each flight inside the complex. Not to mention you have to walk up steps to get to the complex. I reached the host once when I entered the apartment to speak of my issues, she stated she would call back in 5 minute I haven’t spoken to her since. The ...

«Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property we originally booked was cancelled at the last minute, leaving my family and me with basically no choice but to accept the replacement accommodation they provided. I made it clear over the phone that I was only accepting it because we had nowhere else to go on such short notice. When we arrived, the replacement property was completely unacceptable. The place had a very strong cigarette smell that made my kids uncomfortable, ...
