«Super soft sheets and cozy bedding in a quiet neighborhood made for a great night's sleep in this spot. Danny was an excellent communicator and the location was perfect for us to stay while we visited our family over the holidays. Full kitchen has everything you need to prep a meal and the living room had ample space to hang out. Great spot - will absolutely stay here again and recommend to others in the area!»

«We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the only issue was NOT wanting to leave. Our hosts contacted us a few days ahead of our stay to ask if we could switch accommodations from the Mermaid suite to the Japanese Tea House. It was all an adventure and perfectly fine with us. WOW. The Tea House was absolutely amazing. Very cool, very earthy and comfortable.We loved absolutely every minute of our time in Topanga and planning to return for a much longer visit. «Our adult son stayed in this unit during Thanksgiving while we (parents) stayed in the upstairs unit. It worked out very well. We were asked to rate the pool, but we are not aware of any pool here. It is most curious! There is no NA category, so I put a 1 since every question requires an answer of some kind. »

«Exceptional hosts, a beautiful space, out of a story book western. The shower/bath is one of the nicest I've been to, and the exansive views are priceless. I extended by a few days, didn't want to go anywhere, just to be and look at the hills and open sky. »
