Property was clean and facilities was clean. I wouldn't have choosen this property if i knew getting there would be so difficult. Transportation to and from the area is very limited. The hotel has a 4 star rating but i wonder why or how. The room was bare minimal, no drinking water offered, and no water fountain or taps in the hotel premises. The spa had a big jug and i noticed the staff refilling the water without changing the jug. No kettle and tea facilities in rooms. Breakfast was well laid out with a good ray of varieties but nothing to tell you what they were. I picked this hotel due to the spa facilities but i was disappointed when i was told i had to pay to use the facilities.They also dont tell you that the spa is only free if you stay for 4 nights minium. And it wasnt clear at booking either. The staff were not paticularly friendly and one guy was outrightly rude. I would not be goung back here.

About your comments we can inform you that in Malgrat we have several public transport combinations such as the train , with conection every half hour in both directions, 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel, the bus in front of the hotel and taxi service (24 hours available on request at the reception desk).Concerning measurements of the rooms, we inform that the descriptions of rooms are: design premium rooms have 25 square meters , penthouse 25 square meters plus 6 mts of terrace and junior suites have 38 square meters. Water in the room is drinkable.Regarding spa and facilities, you can find all informations in the section of optional extras with your expedias reservation and you also can inform in our official website.We believe in continuous improvement, so we would greatly appreciate your suggestions. Please rest assured that your feedback is valuable to us.We remain at your entire disposal.Sincerely,

Sammantaget bra. Frukosten var bra, lite varierande de olika dagarna. Inte direkt vår typ av mat men okej. Åt aldrig lunch eller middag. Hotellet var fint, lite tråkig omgivning. Spa delen är inomhus, en mini pool med jättevarmt, en med jättekallt och en lite större. Två bastu. Inte super imponerad. Hotellrummet var enkelt, ganska hård säng. Det är extremt lyhört. Både inne i rummet, hörde allt från toaletten, och från korridoren. Trevligt med underhållning på kvällarna och fina gemensamma utrymmen.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour! Rien à redire , le personnel est très acceuillant et gentil , et parle beaucoup de langue . Ils sont aussi de très bons conseils si vous cherchez des restaurants , des endroits à visister ou bien des activités à reserver . L'hotel est très bien situé , avec deux enormes parking devant totalement GRATUIT ! La propreté est irréprochable, bravo au personnel qui oeuvre pour ça . Le buffet est vraiment bon et ils essayent vraiment de varier au maximum . Si je dois citer un point négatif , c'est malheureusement la literie .. Ce sont des matelas ferme dans les chambres et ce genres de matelas ne correspond vraiment pas à tout le monde . Si les matelas etaient mi-ferme ,je pense que celà conviendrais à beaucoup plus de personnes 😊 Le reste etait parfait, merci à vous !

I had the most amazing visit. The receptionist were friendly, always smiling, and always had answers to help us all the spa was amazing. We had one free visit for two hours. I have never experienced a Spa with these amenities before everything was in walking distance and they were different modes of transportation to hell the facility was clean And they had a lot of ways to save energy. I would definitely read this five star not to mention the food choices that they had for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The property and the staff were great. However, the food was not that great. The hotel is in an area with quite of few restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend the half board, full board or all inclusive. The drink prices were very reasonable. Would recommend the hotel, but wouldn’t recommend any extras.

Staff was really accommodating ! This was my first solo trip and I decided to stay in this hotel as I found a really good deal on Expedia (full board). Upon arrival , check in staff were very lovely. Karl always greeted me with a warm smile and welcome when going down for breakfast / dinner. I also made a friend their at the same hotel which was super nice ! The hotels not the closest to some of the activities but it only cost 50 euros to higher a car for the day..the rental place was about a 9 min walk. Great entertainment at the hotel - staff made u feel very very welcome. Can’t wait to be back

L'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est au petits soins et toujours souriant. C'est vraiment un lieu de détente. La plage est à a peine 10min a pieds. Le spa à été le point fort des journées nuageuses, et les massages étaient au top. Si je devais trouver un point "negatif" ce serait les animations du soir, les chanteurs étaient rarement bons ahah Merci en tout cas à toute la team de l'hôtel, nous avons passé une superbe semaine.

Superb modern hotel
New, modern and comfortable hotel with very good breakfast and dinner buffet with very good variety of food and drinks (dinner drinks additionally but reasonably charged - wine bottle from 10EUR). Spacious rooms with balconies, clean and with good quality linen, towels and toiletries. Good gym and SPA area (additonal fee of 8EUR for 2 hours). Great outdoor area with swimming pools (one heated). 5min walk to long sandy beach and 15min drive to Lloret de Mar and beaches nearby.

Les plats trop salés, les desserts trop sucrés. Le buffet est copieux mais vite redondant. Des compotes le matin seraient appréciées.

Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable durant lequel nous avons apprécié chaque instant : des superbes piscines extérieureset intérieure, en passant par le restaurant et sa multitude de plats, la salle de sports, et bien sûr, sans oublier la gentillesse de tout le personnel.
