This flat is located in the Victoria Building, on Calle Victoria, in the heart of Malaga city centre, at the foot of Mount Gibralfaro and just a short walk from the Picasso Museum, Calle Larios and the vibrant array of restaurants and cafés in the historic quarter. The building features communal areas such as a lobby with relaxation zones and a co-working space for 4–6 people, perfect for working or relaxing without leaving home.

The flat, situated on the second floor, features an open-plan layout comprising a living room, a dining area for two and a fully equipped kitchen. Upon entering, to the left is a full bathroom with a shower, whilst at the far end, beyond the living area, lies the separate bedroom with a with a queen-size bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), fitted wardrobes and two windows facing an internal courtyard, providing natural light and tranquillity.
