Fantastisk hotell i hjertet av Malaga
Flott hotell med god beliggenhet sentralt i Malaga. Kort vei til severdigheter og restaurantområder. Et ekstra pluss er at hotellet har en profil som tiltaler voksne par og ikke barnefamilier. Derfor en rolig og avslappet atmosfære hele døgnet

Flott hotell med god beliggenhet
Flott hotell med høy gjennomgående standard. Eneste minus som dessverre trekker ned er for lav bemanning i restauranten til frokost. Hotell i denne prisklassen forventes å levere på høyt nivå i alle ledd.

Meget god service og atmosfære
Utrolig hyggelig og ikke minst veldig hjelpsomt personale. Blant annet bestilte de bord og ordnet med taxi. Perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til restauranter, shopping og severdigheter. Og bare noen skritt til taxi holdeplass. Meget godt bevart bygg som tar vare på det opprinnelige, noe som ga utrolig god atmosfære.

Nydelig boutique hotel
Hotel ligger i hjerte av historiske senter i malaga med lett adgang til utesteder ( restauranter og barer) Rommene var ikke så store men velfig fint dekorert og funksjonelle Frokosten var i top qualitetet og veldig fersk og smakfull . Det var ikke en frokost buffet slik de fleste hoteller serverer men man kunne bestiller det man ønsker og bli servert Eneste jeg kunne påpeke er det er faktisk litt bra med frokost buffet for dem som ikke har så god tid , blir det litt enklere å severe seg selv med de har lyst til

In my view, this is a premier property in Malaga. It is excellent in every way. The staff is professional and helpful in every aspect of the stay. The food and wine in the restaurant is excellent and well worth the money. There are traditional offerings for diners to enjoy. A reservation is needed to be able to dine though so be aware a few days may be needed to get the time slot that is desired. There is an intimate roof deck breakfast/bar area. It is wonderful to take breakfast up on the roof and talk about tour plans of the day. The rooms were palacial and well appointed. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

No windows in my room except for a skylight, the room got incredibly hot and ac was only working during the day and was shut off at night. Very uncomfortable and somewhat claustrophobic. Will not recommend. Found another 4 star hotel nearby for a better price, with windows and working ac for my second night. If you choose to stay at Palaceo, beware of the attic rooms or ‘the penthouse’ as they call them. The terrace bar is located there and there are constant noises of clattering dishes and heavy carts in the hallway.

This may be the best hotel I have stayed in. The staff and service was back to the days where rooms were cleaned, towels were changed daily, the bed was turned down when you return after an evening out. The reception staff were very friendly and very efficient. The location was perfect in that everything we wanted was a walk away.

It's a lovely hotel and the staff are attentive and courteous. The roof terrace bar was the reason I only gave 4 stars. They simply didn't know how to make a campari and orange. They used a whisky glace and filled it with ice without asking whether I wanted any. I asked them to remove the ice. I ended up with half a glass of orange juice with just a dribble of campari. They didn't even apologise and still charged the full price. Extraordinary. I ended up paying over €10 for half a small glass of orange juice.

I have not had any contact from the hotel in a week, despite their reassurance that they would contact me. I left an expensive dress and blouse in the wardrobe( by accident) and when I returned to collect my luggage from reception, I notified them of my error. They checked the empty room but within 4 hrs of me leaving them, they were gone… despite that the room was unoccupied( no new guests) and the house keeping had finished cleaning the room. Essentially my things have not been returned. The man on reception just smiled and shrugged- no eplanation. When I said that maybe they had been stolen, he just shrugged and smiled, again, then asked for my email!! Have they a thief who works at the hotel?

I love the room and mirrors in the property. The shower was great and the staff brought water and new towels everyday. The only thing I didn't like was that there is not many places to park in Malaga in general and not a place to park near the hotel. Even the taxis and ubers had difficulty bringing me back to the hotel. The navigation will lead you to a street that is closed on one side.

The hotel is nice but it is situated in a pedestrian area so difficult to manage luggage between hotel and vehicle.
