Flott og sentral beliggenhet med en stor og fin takterasse, solsenger , bord og stoler på terrassen var delvis ødelagt og dårlig stand. 😕 Enkel og grei leilighet, men dårlig med utstyr på kjøkken, feks.ikke brødkniv. Mye støy fra byggeplass rett ved siden av. Vond seng. Ble tatt i mot av en hyggelig dame når vi ankom. 😊

Ligger veldig sentralt i gamlebyen
Senga er ikke god. Sprinklene kjennes godt. Resepsjon er hyggelig og hjelpsom. Denne ligger 5 min fra hotellet. Dette er ikke noe problem hvis man vet det når du kommer. Det gjorde ikke vi. Ingen rengjøring under oppholdet.

Leiligheten ligger sentralt i gamlebyen.
Leilighet og resepsjon ligger ca. 5 minutter fra hver andre. Studer kartet på forhånd så er det lett å finne frem. Ligger meget sentralt, rent og greit utstyrt. Kan anbefales.

The location, size and furnishing of the studio apartment near Plaza de la Merced was ok, but despite asking specifically and being told in the reception I was getting the room that was pictured online, it had no view as promised other than onto the garbage of the backyard wasteland, the half-ruined house on the other side of this and the very top of the cathedral tower peeking over this less than lovely building. The free wifi was non-existent. I called the reception (which is a different place in the city center) and complained about this the first night and the receptionist promised to have this fixed the next morning. There were 3 TV channels, on my stay only showing Spanish Christian revival shows. I observed pubic hairs on the wall in the shower. The blind had got stuck and could not be pulled down. Woke up far too early to the sound of construction work in the ruin across the backyard. Coffee maker did not work and wifi was still not available. After further complaints, staff admitted the non-working wifi is a continuous problem/state of affairs. Their only option was to try to restart it, which did not work. At this point I was fed up with spending my longed-for vacation in such crappy surroundings and moved to a hotel. I had pre-payed for several nights, but the receptionist could not promise me my money back for the remaining nights. However, when talking to the owner the next day, he immediately agreed to reemburse my payment.

Deilige dager i Malaga.
Vi ankom leiligheten sent på kvelden og fant først da ut av at resepsjonen holdt til på annen adresse. Etter litt styr fant vi frem, og ble møtt av en svært hyggelig og hjelpsom resepsjonist. Resepsjonen var døgnåpen selv om det på hotels.com står at den stenger kl 24:00. Leilighetens beliggenhet var helt perfekt for oss i riktig del av byen, med gåavstand til havn/strand. Selve leiligheten var ren, pen og forholdsvis romslig. Vi hadde toppleiligheten med en deilig usjenert terrasse med. Litt lite bad kanskje, men da prisen var såpass gunstig er det ikke mye å klage på.

Fin leilighet med en flott terrasse, som vi dessverre ikke fikk benyttet pga dårlig vær. Gode senger. Litt dårlig utstyrt på kjøkkenfronten, men til å lage frokost var det helt greit! Absolutt en leilighet jeg ville leie igjen!

Leiligheten hadde bra standard og en fin toppterrasse med bra solforhold ut fra soverommet. Utsikten fra terrassen var fin mot domen.Leiligheten er sentralt plassert ved Place Merced med kort avstand ned til havn og sentrum.

Bra leilighet midt i smørøyet av Malaga
Pluss: Moderne og nyoppussede rom Beliggenhet var topp God service Renslig Eget kjøkken Toppleiligheten (3B) hadde en veldig kul løsning over to etasjer med soverom og stor balkong på toppen. Det meste var bra Minus: Litt mye støy på kveldene/natta (lørdag) Wifi'en fungerte sporadisk Alt i alt en bra leilighetsløsning midt i Malaga som jeg vil anbefale.

Structure recently renovated and in excellent condition. beautiful apartment in a strategic position in the historic center and adjacent to Plaza Merced. Perfect for traveling both inside and outside Malaga (adjacent to a taxi rank). Access to the apartment with a digital code, all managed remotely with whatsapp. really comfortable. helpful and kind staff.

Location is easy to find. Not far from the cathedral, not far from beach. Shops and resturants are literally below and around the building. There's a supermarket like a 1 minute walk away. The people who manage this place were great. Communication via WhatsApp, they let me know the procedures and when the apartment was ready. The staff I saw in the building were friendly. The apartment itself is secure, light and airy. The building had a lift. The bathroom, bedroom and hallway all had windows. All the light fixtures I tried worked. There was plug sockets by the bed. The bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was amazing, there's not much room in the bathroom itself but plenty in the shower. There was plenty of glasses, cutlery plates, cooking utensils, etc (although not needed as I was on my own) The place was spotlessly clean. Super extra bonus points on the following: - this is THE only apartment that has olive oil already here. Every place i have stayed at, I have had to buy some and leave it! - Ice cube tray in the freezer too.. and full of ice. Again first place I've stayed to do this so big brownie points esp as it was around 33degrees when I arrived. - There was different variety of pillows to chose from. - There's a small little balcony. Only 2 minor niggles, i didnt like the rug by the sofa (too hard for my tired feet) and no air con in bedroom. Overall, really happy with the place. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

A fantastic accommodation!
Nice and clear communication and information before the stay. When we stepped into the apartment we said "wow". Very fresh and pleasant. Better than we thought. The location is fantastic. You step directly out into the cozy old town and it was easy to find the apartment when we arrived. A fantastic accommodation. We will stay here again if we go back to amazing Malaga!

Excellent location , really central , could not get better really . Nice small apartment block , terrace was very big and sunny with table chairs and sunchairs. Just note , there is some building work laterally next to the apartment ,looks like a new apartment block being built that will may take some time to be finished. Overall excellent small apartment in the very heart of Malaga.

Hormigas por todas partes
Hormigas por todas partes. Mi bebé terminó jugando con las hormigas. Enviaron a una persona con una aspiradora y un aerosol para matar hormigas pero no tenía sentido hacer eso. El número de teléfono listado en hotels.com es incorrecto. La comunicación no fue posible de realizar a través de hotels.com porque el enlace estaba malo. Terminé comunicándome directamente con la propiedad. Envié fotos de las hormigas.:No tuvieron interés en solucionar realmente el problema y no nos pudieron cambiar por estar llenos. Muy mala gestión y muy irresponsables con la salud de los menores.

Muchas gracias por tu valoración, lamentamos las molestias y que no hayan disfrutado de una experiencia plena. De todos modos, nos gustaría comentar que el fallo de hotels.com no es nuestra responsabilidad, nosotros hicimos todo lo posible para poder contactaros y enviaros todas las instrucciones necesarias. En cuanto a las hormigas, enviamos a la persona de limpieza para darle una solución rápida, ya que con clientes dentro y más, como comenta, con un niño, no se puede hacer una fumigación mayor. Nuestro personal de limpieza fue hasta en 2 ocasiones para cuadrar una hora que les viniese bien, en las 2 ocasiones no quisieron que se hiciese la limpieza. Solo queríamos comentar que sí pusimos interés en solucionar el problema al menos de una forma menos inofensiva habiendo clientes dentro, ya que una vez se realizó la salida pusimos solución al problema con más medios. Una vez más, lamentamos que la experiencia no haya sido la esperada. Un saludo.

About the construction work, we sent you an email informing you about it and we gave you the option to cancel without any cost, but you did not accept it. About the men you heard we do not understand the comment very well, the men in the building are guests who have a reservation in our apartments. As for check-in, we offer the option of self-checkin because it is faster and allows you to enter even before check-in time, as was your case. A hostel with a good location- fake pics
A hostel with a good location-that’s it. Cleaning was disappointing; utilities didn’t work and noisy a/c. No details at all. The pictures they posted has nothing to do with the real apartment.

Apartment was in a good location, communications with the off site staff were fairly simple. Three adults stayed for two days (father, mother and adult daughter). Apartment is basic, could have used more than a roll and a 1/4 of toilet paper.

Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist super, man ist mitten in der Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch am Strand ist man relativ schnell, man läuft so 15-20 Minuten. Auch hat die Wohnung einen hohen Standard und ist sehr modern, das ist in Spanien sehr selten.

The property is extremely central, but the apartment was very quiet for such a busy area. The terrace was lovely, and even larger than shown in the photo. The apartment was supplied with bottled water, orange juice, a small number of coffee filters, and breakfast pasties and drinks, which we appreciated. The WiFi was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and checking in and out were straightforward.
