Holiday home on the outskirts of Comares, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

Located in the Natural Area of the Montes de Málaga and near the towns of Comares and Colmenar, this holiday home is surrounded by nature and within a stone's throw from the capital city of the Costa del Sol. Here, you can relax and recharge your batteries, as well as enjoy the quietness provided.

The house's 130 square metres are laid out on a single floor. Inside, it features a rustic style, and an overall warm ambience, conveyed by the wooden-beam ceilings and a picturesque, brick-built fireplace. The dining-living room shares space with the fully equipped kitchenette.

There are four bedrooms, three with a double bed each (one of which is ensuite with a bathtub), and one with two twin beds. Besides, you can also have four single beds added, thus the maximum capacity of the house being of 12 people. Another bathroom with a bathtub is at the guests' disposal.

There is central heating in the holiday home.

The spacious and well-maintained outdoor area gives you the possibility of enjoying as much time in the open air as you wish. You can spend your free time swimming in the lovely private pool, sunbathing on the sun loungers, and dining "al fresco" in the pergola. Near this, a covered BBQ lets you prepare delicious specialities to surprise the whole family.

The access is possible via an unpaved lane.
