«Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money.
Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that ...

«We had a wonderful four-night stay at The Granary. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was so comfortable and we slept very well. We enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing location. It was also great to not have to worry about car parking. Thank you Hazel and Robin for being such great hosts.»
