«This place was a DUMP. It should not have the name Days Inn Wyndham attached to it. Smell dirty, no soap, roaches in the bath tub . Just a filthy place. I slept with my clothes on and on the coach because I was afraid to sleep on the sheets. I got there at 8pm and the front desk was closed. Had to bang on the door in the cold and rain for five minutes. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE»

«Great place… only issue is there is a women at the front desk who uses her phone all the time and deals with people as if they are a nuisance. Rest of the staff is helpful and seem to go out of their way to be helpful.»

«Tru hotel by Hilton fell short of my expectations for Hilton. The room : the whole toilet moved when using, I’m afraid someone will get hurt. I wanted to mention this upon our check out however there wasn’t anyone at the front desk and three others were waiting as well. A non English speaking worker used her phone to translate there would be someone by 7am. It was 6:45 and we found that unacceptable and left . The “included” breakfast was the most limited I’ve ever experienced and not worth ...

«Pros: 1. Excellent breakfast with variety 2. Atmosphere feels welcoming Cons: 1. Poor cleaning, sofa and desk chair with visible stains. 2. The accessibility shower room was very inconvenient. The hand held shower head was great. But the shower head from the wall is poor water pressure. 3. The fan was so loud, even by shutting it off, and it was still constantly blowing. »

«The room wasn't clean at all and had a horrible smell. I never even stayed here and asked for a refund as I was leaving and they said despite the fact that the room was so dirty. They even had an unclean hallway. The bathtub had brownish stains on it and the drawers in the dresser wouldn't close were wide open. The refrigerator was gross and was wide open when I walked in and had an awful smell to it. 0/10 experience.»

«I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7.»

«Breakfast was good. Potatoes weren’t hot but there was plenty of other food to eat. Frankie, Portia and Terrance were all super helpful. They were always busy cleaning or doing something. Kudos on such great workers. It’s definitely a hotel we’d stay at again. »

«Very nice room with a sitting area, desk, dressing area, fridge, mostly accessible bathroom, comfy bed. Would definitely stay again.»

«No amenities worth mentioning. No clock. No phone. The room needed vacuuming. The curtains were falling down in several places. No guide for TV channels though they did bring me a paper list when they saw my review on another website. The staff was pleasant and kind during check-in.»

«Find somewhere else to stay. Cockroaches, room smelled, shower leaking upon entering the room and handle almost came off when turning it off, broken shelf with screws sticking out, stains on sheet and dirt and crumbs under the sheets. We checked out once we saw the cockroaches running around and booked a different hotel about 15 minutes away that was much better. Dealing with OYO’s customer service was a joke, sending the same messages and saying I would get a response for a refund then not. ...

«Nice place, recently renovated, rooms were in good condition. Staff were mixed between good and bad. Whoever manages this place likely needs to spend more time with the staff. Front desk specifically. Elevators were terrible. At one point both were out, used the stairs, not a big deal, but annoying they know it’s a problem and just live with it. The staff mentioned it’s been like that for a while. Giving a decent rating as the rooms are what mattered to me for staying one night, but not sure I’d ...
