Toiletries and Consumables
- We provide refillable bathroom toiletries (refilled by our cleaners on each changeover). This helps us reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment. However, this only works if you don’t ‘borrow’ them. Please leave them behind so other guests can enjoy them too. - We also provide a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by

- We are happy to accept one small well behaved dog. However, please do not allow them on to soft furnishings or upstairs

- We have a gardener that will require access to the garden, possibly during your stay. The gardener will need to access the area underneath the house as this is where the lawn mower is stored.

Please ensure children and dogs are supervised at all times when playing in the garden. Please do not drink from or bath in the stream The stream is a tranquil space, for the use of natural wildlife. The stream should not be used for anything other than to look at and relax beside
- The fireplace in the living room is purely decorative and not operational. Please do not attempt to use it

Check-in / Checkout
Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
