Apartment is very accessible and secure with digital locks at the gate and front door. Overall I’d recommended staying here, but the only negative was the beds. «Clean and comfortable, but would benefit from refurbishment! If flat is on the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street, at all hours! There are no blackout blinds, so bring an eye mask! Double glazing reduces the noise, but you’ll need ear plugs if sleeping with windows open. The hot water cylinder only heats up at night, so it’s not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings!»

And the other guests would come to use the areas late at night and start making noise which was quite loud for us considering our room was attached with the living room. "If you are going to Windsor, this is THE hotel to YOU have to stay at. We were here for two nights and we were able to walk around the town shopping, we looked at the castle, which is literally just across the road. Cafes, restaurants, clothes shops, pubs, bookstore are within walking distance. The hotel has many beautiful seating areas around the quiet reception. The service is very pleasant and helpful, and we found the whole area to be that way. And the hotel is only 15-20 minutes from Heathrow Airport. We will definitely travel here again!"
