«The location of this property is wonderful, 3 mins walk to the subway and a few more mins to Times Square. It has a gate code for the apartment complex so we felt very safe. It was ideal for our whirlwind trip to NYC and we would book it again if we visit. Alex's instructions to checkin were on the mark and helped us with a post-midnight smooth check-in too. »

«Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser. ...

«Great location and great stay- though some surprises. The host didn’t communicate until the day of check in, but then the check in process was clear. No pics of kitchen and bath, but they are nicely renovated, even if small. But that’s to be expected. I’d definitely stay there again.»

«Apartment was clean and tidy. Check in:check out was easy! It was super convenient for subway, Chelsea market, and the upper line. Definitely enjoyed our stay. Only suggestions are some paint from prior water damage and the microwave was very difficult to operate (might benefit from a replacement).»
