«Madrid is small, reachable from everywhere. A bit too close to congress and “Sol Square” riots area, avoid during political tense times. All over I usually stay there.»

«Hygelig hage. Utmerket frokost med friskpresset juice! Høy kvalitet på maten»

«Great location and beautifully designed but it is 6 months old! No one to help us with our luggage upon arrival at the front door (around 5pm on a Friday), no signs to guide us to the reception area that was on another floor. The room (207), absolutely not worth the price as it was the size of a shoe box for 2 adults with 2 suitcases. No night stands, no charging outlets and no proper space for 2 luggage racks. «Hyggelig personelet, alt var rent og pent. Rask innsjekk og utsjekk. Dette hotellet anbefales»

I also really liked the coffee, drinks and fruits/cookies at the top floor - very nice and convenient. The people at reception were very helpful. The only two minuses were that there was a bit of noise from the street into the room (in the third floor, facing the main street), and the fact that it took a while for anyone to arrive at reception on the day I got there. Apart from that everything ...

«I had made a booking mistake and needed to move the booking to another date. The hotel had available rooms on the alternative date, but showed no customer service. You don’t want to come in a situation where you need service and flexibility in Icon Embassy Madrid. »
