Spennende Boutique hotell
Veldig morsomt innredet Boutique hotell i et spennende strøk med interessante små butikker, flotte restauranter og barer lokalisert i et område med sjel. Servicen var utmerket med vennlige og imøtekommende personale. Kjempegod frokost ( 24timer I døgnet!), restauranten var også god. Bodde i 4 etg, det var helt stille om natten, aircondition fungerte og bråkte ikke. Fikk ikke tid til å utforske Spa-avdelingen. Hotellet anbefales på det varmeste!

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt til, og man kan gå til det meste av severdigheter og shopping. Rundt hotellet krydde det av barer butikker og kafeer. Er man glad i Vegan mat er hotellet supert...men for meg ble det en stor skuffelse. Derfor er jeg glad for at jeg ikke bestilte med frokost. Litt trist for det er jo noe man gleder seg til når man bor på hotell. Spis et annet sted. Ellers kan jeg anbefale og bo her.

Perfect stay
Amazing!! Room, comfort, neighborhood / area, restaurant and service was great. A very good price for the standard! The massage in the Thai Spa was great aswell. And the glutenfri bakery/ restaurant next door had great breakfast and food. Will definitely stay here next time in Madrid.

Flott boutique hotell!
Flott boutique hotell! Fantastisk personale! De hadde til og med eget glutenfritt bakeri tilhørende hotellet. Det eneste minuset jeg kan komme på, er at døren til badet ikke var helt god, i tillegg hører man alt som foregår inne på badet når man sitter på sengen. De kunne gjerne hatt litt mer lydtett dør. Ellers var alt helt supert!

Hotell med absolutte kvaliteter, men også med minussider. På plussiden: eksellent service fra hele personalet, fin beliggenhet, nydelig frokost, hyggelige lokaler og rent rom. Samtidig opplevde vi timevis med støy fra hotellets bar hver kveld, selv om vi ble lovet et stille rom. Putene i sengen var harde og rommet altfor varmt, og søvnen ble dårlig. Vi hadde ikke vindu ut og ventilasjonssystemet kunne ikke settes til under 19 grader om natten. I tillegg var det intens og inntil det kvalmende parfymert duft i hele resepsjons- og loungeområdet.

Luxury in Madrids hipster area.
The location is 5 minutes walk from the lower part of Gran Via. Very nice hotel, fantastic staff, great (Superior) room. Very large and comfy, well designed fun lobby area with a great bar, a restaurant, an outdoor restaurant + +. On of the better, or best, hotel experience last 12 months.

Thais si a beautifully appointed hotel in the Chueca neighborhood, conveniently located, with great amenities and incredibly helpful staff. The air conditioning should be upgraded, but that was only a slight inconvenience.

This was a beautiful property in a really great area. The room and amenities were so nice. The hotel staff was some of the best I have ever seen. They made the stay feel so nice. One of my favorite places I’ve stayed when traveling abroad.

The design of the property was beautiful. There were a number of public spaces where guests could sit. Breakfast was served from 7am - 11pm!

After a rocky start (toilet didn’t flush) we were moved to nicer room, treated to excellent dinner (Francisco was super) and offered very late check-out, as we had a night flight. First class place. Lovely decor. Breakfast outstanding. Nice recovery, staff!
