Veldig bra service. Alt med hotellet var helt fantastisk og frokosten var veldig fin. Hotellet er også nærme metro inn til sentrum som går ofte hele døgnet. Har ingen ting negativt å si om oppholdet!

Excellent hotel in Madrid
This is a very nice hotel. My room on the 13th floor was spotless and the view was excellent. Do try out the gym as it is very well equipped. There is a very good sushi place in the same building as the hotel. A bit outside of the city center but still lots of shopping and eating opportunities in the neighbourhood. Just a short walk from Santiago Bernabéu if you are so inclined. Good bed, good room service. Would be happy to stay here again.

Utrolig flott hotell
Et helt utrolig fint hotell med veldig god standard. Hyggelige ansatte som alle gjør sitt beste for at du skal få et best mulig opphold. Anbefaler å bestille VIP. Eneste å trekke er beliggenheten som er et lite stykke unna sentrum, samt jeg hadde forventet litt mer av frokosten på et såpass fint hotell.

Godt hotell med god beliggenhet i nærheten av Bernabeu fotballstadion. Vi fikk VIP treatment, hadde tydeligvis bestilt et spesielt fint rom eller pris. Vi fikk rom i toppetasjen (15) med fin utsikt. Det var VIP lounge med snacks/mat og dikke heledøgnet, osv.

Flott hotell med hyggelig betjening.
Et flott hotell ganske sentralt i forhold til shopping muligheter.Hard Rock Cafe ligger 5 min unna med taxi. Hotellet hadde veldig hyggelig ansatte,innsjekking gikk fort. Da vi var der på alenetur og skulle feire bursdag fikk vi kake servert på rommet av betjeningen med en hyggelig hilsen. Vi var på spa som var veldig bra. Frokostbuffé var veldig bra. Alt i alt er vi veldig fornøyd ☺

En god opplevelse
Hadde med min sønn på fotballtur. Ideell beliggenhet i forhold til stadion. Lett å komme seg frem med metro. Taxiholdeplass like ved hotellet. Kun 10-15 min fra flyplassen. Da vi kom inn på rommet var det litt wow-følelse. Gode senger. Noe lytt.

I am being using Expedia for more than 15 years & this one I felt I was robbed You told me over the phone before the trip that the hotel would charge me $60 euros dayly for my sons extra bed & they charged me $480 euros instead I feel very disappointed with Expedia by lying to me

As we could see in the system the room that you had booked was a Superior Room and as we can see you have made a category upgrade to a Premium Room at your arrival in the hotel. That is why you have an extra charge aside from the cost of the extra bed of your son, that it is in fact 60. Great VIP experience. Lovely staff. The only thing I would say is that I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the room. The water didn't get as hot as I would like and the A/C didn't get as cold as I would like either. Over all very nice though. If you have allergies to scents I would let them know before arrival.

We were there for a Real Madrid game. This hotel is very close to the Satiago Bernabeu. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The room is very nice and clean! We had a great experience!
