Prisgunstig flyplasshotel av 1. klasse
Vi bodde på Melia Barajas ifm mellomlanding til annen destinasjon både på ut- og innreise. Delige, store rom, svømmebasseng, bra uteareal og utmerket restaurant alt til en overkommelig pris. Akkurat det vi ønsket.

Arrived at 23.30 pm. Reception staff very unfriendly, no greetings no welcomes. 20 min to check in. Got my plastic card for the room. Came to the room but they had forgotten to activate the key. I had ordered a superior room. Yet there was no slippers, no shoe polish and no bath rope. Ask for it and they said I had to order the deluxe room. The only place which was rather friendly was breakfast room. Polite and welcoming. I am an old Melia customer, I could not recognize this hotel as a part of Melia.

Pool not open, staff told me to wake up at 8am to as for my laundry to be done bc apparently 3pm is too late to ask, I woke up at 7:30am just for them to tell me that they actually aren’t doing laundry that day and reffed me to walk 12min away to a laundry mat for my laundry… overall not worth the price at all would not go again!

Hotel is great option for a layover or early flight. The lobby is nice and seems to be more recently refurbished; the rooms are outdated however. Still, the beds are comfortable. Also a nice restaurant. The shuttle to the airport is convenient, but you need to be there prior to the reserved departure. We were there exactly on the reserved time and the van had already left.

LLegue 6:00pm y no estaba la habitación lista, el recepcionista muy lento. El hotel esta viejo y se le nota. Mi esposa se cayo en la regadera pequeña del baño ya que esta muy resbalosa y peligrosa en donde no tiene nada para agarrarse ( es un peligro), muy mal el seguimiento del hotel respecto al accidente, no pudieron conseguir un medico y muy mal trato del personal como si nos estuvieran haciendo el favor. No no regreso a este hotel en la vida y bajo ningún motivo.

Very friendly check in and bar/restaurant staff. Perfectly good room for an overnight/short stay. Convenient for the airport. I had just missed the airport shuttle from T4, so took a cab €20 flat fee. It only took 10 mins.

We got the airport shuttle late at night. It was fine. They gave us a great room and we scheduled for the shuttle in the morning. Breakfast was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised because reviews had been mixed about the breakfast. It could not have been better! Staff were great. It does take longer to ride on the shuttle than you’d think because it is very close to the airport, but trust the times they tell you.
