We had a very nice stay. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Great breakfast and good service during the meal. The Metro was only 5 min walk from the hotel to the city center.

Et hotell i særklasse.
Hotellet er representativt og ligger i gangavstand til shopping i Calle Serrano. Vi ble først sjekket inn på et litt mørkt rom som lå ut mot indre patio i 3. etg, men fikk etter en natt byttet til topfloor rom i 7. etg. med panoramautsikt og terrasse. Frokostbuffeten er utmerket og servicen upåklagelig. Baren kan også anbefales. Har benyttet hotellet tidligere og vil også gjøre det i fremtiden.

Hotel is great but could consider a general renovation. Looks/feels old. Also I noticed some maintenance flaws in bathroom sink (water did not drain properly, kind if stuck), and toilet water appeared to be running all day long. Other than that my stay with the family was great, service was excellent and staff couldn't be better.

El servicio deja bastante que desear, en el restaurante, los camareros te dejaban con la palabra en la boca cuando les querías solicitar algo. Pero lo peor fue cuando me di cuenta que uno de mis artículos del baño, recién comprado (mostré el ticket) apareció un dia después de usarlo por primera vez casi vacío y sin servir el atomizador, al levantar el reporte porque me imagino fue un accidente pero que me parece deben de ser reportados al huésped, tanto el Gerente Enrique como la de recepción me dijeron literalmente: que a lo mejor yo lo compré así, o que a lo mejor se me había evaporado en el transcurso de la noche, lo cual me parece ridículo, porque fue mas facil para ambos pretender que yo era la equivocada en la situación antes de decir: una disculpa, probablemente fue un accidente y la daremos una respuesta apropiada mas adelante. Me pareció de hotel de quinta un Gerente que responde así a un huésped, porque además yo no lo estaba cobrando al hotel ni mucho menos, solo quise hacer el reporte de lo sucedido.
