Sentrum otel
Midt i sentrum nær til fleste butikker .og atraksjoner. Prisen var høyt men kansje pga sentralt området.

Flott og sentralt hotell.
Veldig sentralt plassert. Kun få minutters gange til flere metro stasjoner. Vi hadde rom med utsikt til San Martin Plaza. Døren ut til en liten terrasse var ikke veldig godt isolert så når kirkeklokkene begynte å ring kl 07:00 på morgenen så blir en garantert vekket. De ringer 4 ganger mellom 7 og 8 om morgenen, ganske irriterende. Ellers var alt supert på Intur Palacio. Helt ok frokost. Stort rom, vi hadde rom 313.

Dette var virkelig et flott hotell med en god stemmning. Store flotte rom med god standard, et hyggelig og flott personale som yter god service. Lå i et stille område, men likevel kort vei til Metro.

Hyggelig hotel
Fint hotell med sentral beliggenhet. God frokost. Vi hadde rom i 3 etg ut mot ett smug. Mye støy om kvelden fra folk utenfor. Kirkeklokken som ringte hver morgen kl 06.30 gjorde det ikke bedre.

Anbefales på det varmeste!
Dette hotellet kan anbefales på det varmeste. Det ligger midt i smørøyet i sentrum av Madrid, er akkurat passe stort, slik at du som gjest blir gjenkjent av personalet. Vi hadde litt problemer med kjøleanlegget på rommet. Det ble fikset på et øyeblikk. Stort og godt rom, med en stor dusj. God frokost, med cava og vin, for dem som liker det. De som liker å avslutte frokosten med noe søtt, altså en kake eller lignende, vil absolutt ikke bli skuffet. Vi var der i månedskiftet juli/august til en svært overkommelig pris. Skal vi til Madrid igjen er vi ikke i tvil om vi skal bo på dette hotellet.

We arrived at 2pm for check-in but was told our room was not ready. Our room was also missing an iron & ironing board, conditioner, and body lotion- things that we had in all our other hotels throughout my stay in Spain. The hotel should not have a 2pm check-in listed if the rooms are not available and instead list a 3pm check-in on the Expedia website.

Hotel was very clean and centrally located. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was the AC was broken, and we had to sleep in the room 78 degree F/ 26 degree C, and opening the window didn’t even help because it led to an indoor courtyard where heat gets trapped. No compensation for this or offer to be moved to another room.

The staff is exceptional, everyone is very friendly, the room is a little small but nothing bad, really, if you are looking to save money, this is a good option

Great location in the heart of Madrid. Easy walk to all major sites from this hotel. Staff were friendly. Rooms were generously sized as well.

The Intelier Palacio de San Martin is located in Center Madrid. The hotel has old charm and is very clean. The staff is courteous and house keeping is available daily. The rooms are clean and spacious with a 65” colored tv. The bathrooms are spacious with a combo shower and tub. They have complimentary hygiene products in every bathroom. The hotel offers a continental breakfast with cook order omelets. I found the breakfast delicious and offering many fruits, meats, cheeses, breads and sweets. The surrounding neighborhood is vibrant and teaming with businesses and must see hot spots. There are at least 2 major departments store and shops of all kinds less than 3 minutes away. There are so many places to dine that you would never have to eat at the same place twice. There are also so many remarkable landmarks and historical sites within walking distance. An UBER ride is less than 5 minutes away from many parts of Madrid. I definitely plan to visit Madrid for a much longer stay next time.

The breakfast was by far the best that we had during our 3-week vacation in Spain. Eggs were made to order. Staff in both restaurant area and main desk were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and the room relatively spacious and clean. The only “perk” we were given for an 8-night stay was a coupon for two beers at the hotel restaurant. What we weren’t told is that it was for 2 small cans of beer and not 2 slightly larger glasses of beer and the waiter sternly brought this to our attention when we went to pay. This was lacking in fairness, politeness and generosity. Other than that, the staff was helpful and professional.

I loved the beautiful space, the lobby which made the lobby a very beautiful and elegant which made it very presentable for relaxed business meeting. I liked the fact that it had a restaurant and that the restaurant set up chairs and tables at the plaza for dining alfresco. Breakfast was great. I didn't quite like the fact that the elevator broke down twice for the two days I was there. But there were two so we always had an elevator. I liked the room but I HATED that the closet space was very small and there were no chest of drawers for more clothes. Overall, I would rate it a good 3 to 4 stars.

Disappointed is the word I would use. We were wrapping up a month in Spain and thought we would try an Expedia VIP hotel. When we arrived the woman checking us in was not friendly which was unpleasant. She put us in a room overlooking the Libby which is connected to a restaurant which services the public in a plaza outside. There was loud music playing until after midnight, it made it impossible to sleep. However, it is a nice, clean hotel which is extremely well located with a nice housekeeping staff. Front desk service was unfortunate and soured our last four days in Spain. When you arrive ask for a quiet room away from the lobby, restaurant and street which may give you a better experience than we had.

Worst hotel during three week trip where I visited Spain and Portugal. Though it’s a VIP Assess hotel, they don’t offer VIP member benefits, no free breakfast, no room upgrade. Even after you showed them the reservation and Expedia’s public VIP member benefits summary. Not only they don’t acknowledge that, they gave me the worst attitude. They wanted the client to call Expedia and negotiate the agreement between the hotel and Expedia. I will not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. If you are an Expedia VIP member of any level, don’t expect any treatment at this hotel. Stay away from this hotel, the manager is terrible!

Literally a few minutes from Plaza del Callao, but nice and quiet at night. Such a hidden gem. Beautiful room, clean bathroom, the shower has great pressure which is important to me. The balcony was directly looking at Plaza de San Martin. The service was top notch and very accommodating. Daniel at reception was amazing

Great hotel! Walking distance to many attractions. Quieter area. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel is very pretty and super clean. I would stay here again.
