Sehr zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß diverses erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Am Wochenende ziemlich laut im Flur, da auch viele Locals in die Bar auf die Dachterrasse gehen. Am Fahrstuhl daher auch viel Verkehr. Da sollte das Hotelmanagement eine Lösung finden, wo Hotelgäste periodisiert werden.

This property is excellent, very welcoming staff. They have a great rooftop bar. The staff are very helpful in getting you taxis and giving recommendations. Will definitely stay here again when back in Madrid.

For the price that the hotel is charging - the bathroom is outdated and the floor was dirty! The A/c and ventilation kept switching off or had some sort of a malfunction. There is no mineral water in the room .. the only water was filtered tap water that was being filled in a hotel branded bottle. I am very disappointed by Hyatt Centrics standards to the point that I did not even have breakfast there at the hotel even though I had paid for it.

Muy buen hotel, moderno, y la ubicación es la mejor. Justo en gran via y a 5-15 minutos de las principales atracciones de Madrid ya sea a pie, auto o metro. Pense que por estar en la gran via se escucharía mucho ruido en la habitación, pero las ventanas son contra ruido, entonces prácticamente no se escuchaban la calle.

Great location, modern decor.
Central location on Gran Via. My room was modern and efficient with a rain shower and bathtub, and a terrace which was a bonus. Front desk staff was professional and efficient. Very fast check in. Not your typical front desk set up, but it works. Seems to cater to a younger crowd. All staff is very professional. The housekeeping staff was absolutely outstanding. Room was always cleaned and set up very quickly each day.

No es un hotel 5 estrellas, ya se les nota el tiempo a las instalaciones, el cuarto y el baño no muestran ningún lujo, la puerta del baño no cerraba, lo reporté y lo arreglaron rapidamente, el servicio es bueno y amable, buena ubicación

Mi segunda vez en este Hotel y no la ultima , tiene una posición Super en medio de la Gran Via y todo el equipo de trabajo del Hotel son muy amables., Habitaciones Limpias, bastante cómodas y insonorizadas 100% recomendado .
