The restaurant staff was very nice! Check in was not very nice, some of the staff members were not polite. Some of them were OK. We observed the same attitude when other guests checked in or needed help too.

Stayed there for one night for a layover, I used the free shuttle bus to and from the hotel, that was very nice! Friendly and helpful staff. Content with my stay.

Airport shuttle was convenient and timely. Quick and easy check in and out. Clean. Restaurant on site was convenient and food was good, a bit on the expensive side.

We used it for airport access but I think the Taxi cost was excessive to go there from the airport. 23 Euros and it took the shuttle about half the time to return us back to the airport. I would have taken the shuttle to the hotel but my cell phone was inactive.

Clean, nice hotel closer to the airport. We selected the hotel because of the free Shuttle, but Shuttle FROM the airport was difficult to get and ended up paying a taxi. Return shuttle was worth it. Restaurant had horrible service, and there is very little within short walking distance. I would stay again if need be, for the price it was a good, clean, quiet hotel.

The Hotel Nuevo Boston is a nice hotel near to the Madrid airport. It is only 5 minutes from the airport and they have a free shuttle, which is super convenient and efficient. They also have a restaurant that is open until midnight so you can have dinner upon arrival and also breakfast in the morning. Very friendly service.

Soy camarera de pisos en un hotel de lujo en Menorca, y me gustaría comentar que todo estaba muy limpio pero en las sábanas encontré 2 manchas (no de suciedad sino que se nota que vinieron así de lavandería) pero para ayudar les digo que deberían tener más cuidado con eso para no recibir quejas. Lo digo desde el respeto y solo para ayudar, gracias:)

It was modern, immaculate, the restaurant was very nice, the breakfasts suburb!, close to the airport......however, it was a distance from the heart of the city. Cabs were the only option.

Está en perfectas condiciones, excelente ubicación para quienes buscamos algo cerca del aeropuerto, comida rica en restaurante, excelente servicio de todo el personal, y la habitación me pareció hermosa, muy limpia y moderna. Pude descansar mucho para regresar al día siguiente al aeropuerto.

Very clean. Difficult to get into if you have a normal sized car. Parking lot is tight and very expensive. Gym is a joke. The restaurant prices are insane!! Average hotel overall.
