Unødig arroganse som ødelegger et flott opphold
En negative opplevelse var når vi gikk ut av heisen i etasjen merket "messanin" hvor vi trodde det var en Messanin / servering el.l. Det viste seg å være et konferanseområde da en "konferansevert" kom bort til oss og nærmest sa her hadde vi ikke noe å gjøre, og nærmest fulgte oss tilbake til heisen for å få oss ut. Særdeles unødig og arrogant oppførsel som trekker ned et ellers svært godt helhetsinntrykk. I det ene øyeblikket er du en verdsatt kunde, mens i det andre øyeblikket blir du behandler som noen hotellet ikke ønsker å ha med å gjøre! Nok til at vi føler vi ikke vi er ønsket tilbake! Vi hadde suite og tilgang til "Executive area" med mat og drikke. "Executive area" bestod av et uryddig litt "søplete" område som var tomt for maten/smårettene som ble annonsert. Ingen ryddet eller fulgte opp matserveringen. Det som skulle være exklusivt ble det stikk motsatte. Synd at slike "småting" ikke blir fulgt opp av hotellet, når veien er så kort frem til et fremragende opphold.

Great commuter option with easy convenience to airport for an overnight stay. Staff was super friendly but nothing much around the hotel so plan to just stay on property.

The staff is accommodating. Breakfast buffet was decent. Area is an industrial park so there’s no real place to walk around. The bed is comfortable and room is spacious.But this place is just for resting before catching your flight at the airport next day so it does the job.

Shuttle to/from the airport is free and convenient. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options. On-site bar and restaurant. There isn't much to see or do in the area so be prepared to uber/taxi for an average 20 minute ride. Fares run 10€-25€ depending on the time of day and drop off point

Very nice airport hotel, rooms were very spacious, clean and modern, as is the whole hotel! Stayed one night while we had a layover, shuttle to and from the airport was convenient, it was about a $20 euro ride to central Madrid! Breakfast buffet was great!!

Came in around midnight to basically take a nap, wake up, eat the breakfast in the hotel and rush to the airport for our flight back home to Vegas no if. My daughter loved the glass elevators and being able to see the hotel as we went up and down 5 or six times. After breakfast we went back up to the room. Grabbed our luggage and waited for the shuttle to the airport. Super convenient. The hotel is only maybe 10 minutes to the airport and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes on the dot. Very happy with the experience. If you have the option buy the breakfast here in the reservation. Otherwise they charge 21$ per adult when you’re checking in and decide you want it.
