MUSA Museo Subacuatico de Arte

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the resort and I must say, the overall experience was nothing short of amazing. This upscale resort nestled in a tropical paradise had all the elements of a dream vacation. However, a few disappointments kept it from being a perfect stay. At check-in we only recieved info about all the different fees and pentalties we would have to pay if we comply with all the rules. We got a QR code and just "figure everything out for yourself please", and didnt even know that the bracelet also was the key or where to find the beach towels... The room itself was very basic and it was missing soap and bathroabs and the minibar was warm. We experienced a few times during our stay, that after roomcleaning they didnt replace our towels or fill up the minibar. It was really cold inside the restaurants, so we had to bring jackets for dinner and we all got a cold... On the bright side, our son really loved the kids club! The staff was so loveing and welcoming and he had the best time. The food at the italian restaurant and at Flavours was outstanding! Despite a few disappointments, I would still recommend this resort for those seeking a relaxing and picturesque vacation. With a few improvements, it could easily reach perfection.
