«Wonderful relaxing stay. Always looked after very well. Delicious food.»

«Bit of a gamble as we’d never been before but was booked as a last minute weekend away without breaking the bank. Excellent communication post booking and a very warm welcome upon arrival from Julia on reception. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and a decent selection of emergency toiletries. Good parking. Relaxed breakfast with a variety of tasty choices. Would definitely stay again if in this area.»

«I recoomend this hotel. It has nice rooms (we had a family room over two stories), free parking and helpful staff. A lovely breakfast and it is located with walking distance to a lot of the sights in Stamford. Do stay here!»

«Super stay, extremely comfortable room and delicious breakfast.»

«Everything about this property was perfect. Lovely clean room with modern power shower beautifully tiled. Lots of little extras such as luxury soap, shower gel, body lotion. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets and a small bottle of milk each day, not to mention the little chocolates and hot chocolate and biscuits. A small fridge with ice box in the room and of course a kettle. They just enjoyed adding those extra touches which make all the difference. The outdoor pool and sunbeds were perfect ...

«I was there for 1 night and just used it for a bed for the night»

«Stille og rolig omgivelser og behagelig service. Rommet var helt greit, romslig med stort og nyoppusset bad. God frokost. Baren derimot var gammel, mørk og bortgjemt.»

«Cosy room. Lovely garden to sit outside and admire the countryside.»

«Check in was confusing and somewhat disruptive due to booking through Expeida. At first I was told by reception that I had not paid and that I owed the full amount £45.00. I went to my room . About ten minutes later whilst in the bathroom reception knocked on my door and said that I need to contact Expedia to sought the payment, he showed me a contact text on his phone from Expedia. I checked my phone and found the electronic receipt from Expedia stating I had pre paid. I went to reception and ...

«Such a wonderful place to stay, eat & drink. Thank you»

«Great facilities, lovely staff and a stunning venue.»

«Homely feel and helpful, friendly host. He was extremely accommodating. The breakfast provided was a lovely bonus. It’s in a great location, central but in a quiet street.»

«Primarily chosen as it was near to an event we were attending at the Nene Valley Railway (a short drive from the pub). We liked that the accommodation was in a separate building to the pub (although the pub was not loud). Good breakfast, evening meals, and friendly staff. We have a lovely walk around the village one evening, went back following day to try the local tea rooms but they closed early which was a shame. Will definitely stay here again»
